We are only satisfied when you are.Our products are delivered by default with a one year maintenance period, including all product upgrades and support. Before the end of the first year, we will send you an offer to extend the maintenance for a further period. Upgrades and Support-Services proposed in this Support Center are only available to our customers with valid maintenance contract.
We keep you informed about any upgrades for our products. We will either send
you a CD-Rom and/or invite you to download the latest version from the
internet. Actual product versions are :
