Technical Details on Conformiq Test Generator
Conformiq Test Generator’s test models are presented as UML (Unified Modeling Language) state diagrams. Instead of the time-consuming and error-prone script programming or manual testing, a test engineer creates test models with a user-friendly graphical editor. The relevance and coverage of test cases are guaranteed by Conformiq Test Generator’s intelligent algorithms that generate vast numbers of relevant test cases systematically. Conformiq Test Generator executes the generated tests “on-the-fly” by feeding the System Under Test with test stimulus and observing its responses. Upon a completed test run Conformiq Test Generator automatically generates a report of the executed tests and their results.
In addition to the on-line test execution Conformiq Test Generator is also able to generate off-line test scripts that can be used later. Conformiq Test Generator can be integrated with test planning and management solutions (such as Mercury Interactive’s test management tools).
