What is measured by CMT++ and CMTJava?

• Based on the static properties of the program code CMT++/CMTJava gives
  estimates how error prone the program source code is due to its
  complexity, how long it will take to understand the code, what is the
  logical volume of the code, etc ...

• The metrics calculated by CMT++ and CMTJava are industrial standards established in
  research projects during several years.

• All metrics are calculated on file level (unpreprocessed or preprocessed)
  and function level.

• It is possible to set limit values for each metric, there are some default
  settings based on experience, which are checked by CMT++ and CMTJava,
  their exceeding are shown in reports.
